Privacy Policy
Effective date: 17 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Fluxo collects, uses and protects personal information when you use our custodial digital-asset wallet service.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide to create or use an account, such as your name, email address, date of birth, contact details and account-related communications. Where verification is required, we may collect identity documents, a selfie or other verification information, and information about the source of funds or wealth.
We also collect information generated through use of the Service, including supported digital-asset wallet addresses, transaction records, balances, device and browser data, IP address, security events, support requests and cookies or similar technologies.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to provide and operate the Service, create and protect accounts, process authorised digital-asset activity, communicate with you, provide support, detect and prevent fraud or misuse, manage legal and compliance risk, and meet applicable legal obligations.
3. Why processing is necessary
We process information where it is necessary to provide the Service you request, to meet legal and compliance obligations, to protect the security and integrity of Fluxo, or for legitimate operational purposes such as preventing fraud and improving the reliability of the Service. Where consent is required, we will request it.
4. When we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may share it with carefully selected providers that help us operate the Service, including identity-verification, blockchain analytics, security, hosting, communications and customer-support providers. We may also disclose information when required or permitted by law, to enforce our rights, or to protect users, Fluxo and the public from fraud, security threats or unlawful activity.
5. International transfers
Our providers and infrastructure may process information in countries other than your country of residence. When we transfer personal information internationally, we use appropriate safeguards where required by applicable law.
6. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, meet legal and compliance obligations, and maintain reliable records. We apply organisational and technical measures designed to protect information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of or restriction of processing of your personal information. Some requests may be limited where we must retain information for legal, security or compliance reasons. To make a request or ask a privacy question, contact support@fluxo.app.
8. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Service secure, remember preferences and understand how it is used. You can control certain cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the Service may not function properly if essential cookies are disabled.
9. Children and updates
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, law or our data practices. The current version will always be available on this page, with its effective date shown above.
