Terms of Use

Effective date: 17 July 2026

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Fluxo, a custodial digital-asset wallet service. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and AML Policy.

1. The Service

Fluxo enables eligible users to hold, receive, send and manage supported digital assets. Fluxo is custodial: the Service maintains custody of the private keys and operational controls required to provide the wallet. Supported assets, features and availability may change from time to time.

The Service is limited to digital assets. Fluxo does not provide bank accounts, fiat balances, cash services, payment cards, bank transfers or investment, legal or tax advice.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the Service where you live. You must provide accurate, complete information and keep it current. One person or entity may not create or control accounts in a misleading, fraudulent or unauthorised manner.

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials, devices and access methods. Notify us promptly at support@fluxo.app if you suspect unauthorised access or activity.

3. Verification and compliance

We may request identity, source-of-funds, ownership or other information where appropriate to comply with law, manage risk or protect the Service. We may delay, refuse, restrict, suspend or close an account or transaction when verification is incomplete, risk cannot be resolved, or use of the Service would breach these Terms, our AML Policy or applicable law.

4. Restricted use

You may not use Fluxo to facilitate fraud, theft, scams, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, prohibited gambling, illicit trade or any other unlawful activity. You may not use the Service in a sanctioned or otherwise restricted jurisdiction, on behalf of a prohibited person, or in a way that harms the security, integrity or reputation of Fluxo.

5. Digital-asset risk

Digital assets are volatile and may lose value. Transactions on blockchain networks can be irreversible, may be delayed or fail, and may involve network fees. You are responsible for confirming wallet addresses, networks and transaction details before you authorise a transaction. Fluxo does not guarantee the value, liquidity, availability or future support of any digital asset.

6. Transactions and fees

A transaction is treated as authorised when it is confirmed through the account controls made available by Fluxo. Once a transaction has been submitted to the relevant blockchain network, it may not be possible to cancel, reverse or recover it. You must ensure that the receiving address and network are correct.

Where a fee applies to a Service feature, we will make the relevant fee or calculation available before you confirm the activity. Blockchain network fees may vary independently of Fluxo and may be required to process an on-chain transaction.

7. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but it may be unavailable, delayed or limited due to maintenance, network conditions, security measures, third-party infrastructure or events beyond our reasonable control. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, compliance or operational reasons.

8. Our responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fluxo is not responsible for losses caused by market movements, blockchain-network events, third-party failures, inaccurate information provided by you, compromised credentials or an error in the transaction details you approved. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Complaints, changes and contact

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, applicable law or our risk controls. The updated version becomes effective when published on this page. If you continue to use the Service after that date, you accept the updated Terms. For questions, contact support@fluxo.app.

If you have a complaint, contact us with the details of the issue and your account email. We will review the request and respond through the contact details associated with your account where appropriate.
